The ASTM A252 specification has three grades: Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3, of which Grade 2 and Grade 3 are commonly used materials.

All our steel products adopt professional seaworthy export packaging to avoid moisture, rust, deformation and damage during long-distance sea transportation, land transportation and multi-times handling. We provide whole-process loading tracking and timely logistics updates for every order.

1. Steel Plate Packing Process
Adopt standard seaworthy export package: inner waterproof kraft paper + outer protective steel sheet + reinforced steel strapping. All steel plates are fixed firmly with supporting braces inside the container to prevent sliding and collision during transit. 6-meter-long plates are loaded into 20GP containers, while 12-meter-long plates are shipped with 40GP containers. We will take full photos during container loading and finish official container sealing before shipment. Customers can get real-time updates of every shipping procedure.

2. Steel Bar Packing Process
Steel bars are bundled tightly with high-tensile steel strips firstly, wrapped with waterproof paper for overall anti-rust protection. All bundled steel bars are fixed with professional shoring inside containers to avoid extrusion and bending. Matching container configuration: 6m steel bars for 20ft containers, 12m steel bars for 40ft containers. Complete loading records and container sealing photos will be provided. Our logistics team keeps customers informed of cargo status at every transportation node.

3. Steel Pipe Packing Process
Each steel pipe is wrapped with waterproof paper separately, then bundled into firm pipe groups via steel strips. Pipe ends are equipped with plastic end caps to prevent dust entry and port collision damage. Stable supporting structures are arranged inside containers to avoid pipe rolling. We adopt matched container loading according to pipe length: 20ft container for 6m pipes, 40ft container for 12m pipes. Full loading videos and photos are available for customers' reference.4. Steel Coil Packaging Process
Steel coils are packed with multi-layer waterproof and moisture-proof materials, with inner protective paper, middle plastic protective film and outer metal protective plate. Each steel coil is fixed on container floors with special brackets and steel belts to prevent rolling and tilting during ocean shipping. Suitable for standard container shipment. We record the whole loading process and offer timely logistics notification throughout delivery.

5. Profile / I-beam Packaging Process
All section steel profiles (I-beam, H-beam, angle steel, channel steel) are wrapped with waterproof paper and bundled tightly with steel strips. Reinforced support and fixing measures are added inside containers to prevent profile deformation. Follow unified container loading standard: 6m profiles for 20ft containers, 12m profiles for 40ft containers. We provide complete loading documents, sealed container photos and one-stop logistics follow-up service.
